From veterans who have sacrificed for our country to police officers and firefighters who stand on the front lines every day, and finally to pastors who faithfully lead their congregations, countless men and women carry heavy burdens—often at great personal cost.

Doug’s passion for this mission runs deep. Through years of working alongside veterans and first responders, he has seen firsthand the physical, mental, and spiritual toll their service takes. Recognizing this urgent need, he and Laura set out to build a sanctuary—a place where these heroes can step away from the pressures of their calling and find true healing.
